FOLDOC is an excellent dictionary resource of computing terms including other computing-related fields. The dictionary has been growing since 1985 and now contains over 14000 definitions.  Entries are cross-referenced to each other and to related resources elsewhere on the Internet. Words can either be searched or browsed from relevant categories. A handy translate text option is also available on-site.
